Below are some selected highlights of work I have done over the years along with descriptions of the roles I played in the development of these projects. There are plenty more examples of my work that I’d be happy to show you if you want to sit down and talk about some potential upcoming projects.

Wego Health

Wego Health: UX Design & Strategy
The challenge: WEGO Health had to pivot from being a WebMD competitor to offering a new health-related service. I ran focus groups to interview users and stakeholders, and established personas to reflect the evolved user needs. We then had to restructure and rebuild (and refactor) the application while it remained live!

Wego: Big Dig-Like Blueprints
Because WEGO evolved in real-time, there was no master IA/UX documentation. I had to create a new comprehensive site map for the entire site, and then make sure my new changes were easy to understand in the context of the live product. The new site would be dynamic and modular, so wireframes needed to remain design-free for sake of the backend programmers. There were no design sprints, rather iterations were done in real-time, as fast as possible, with instant feedback from the site users.
