Below are some selected highlights of work I have done over the years along with descriptions of the roles I played in the development of these projects. There are plenty more examples of my work that I’d be happy to show you if you want to sit down and talk about some potential upcoming projects.

Harvard Pilgrim

Harvard Pilgrim: UX Design
The challenge: Harvard Pilgrim wanted members to adopt healthy lifestyles. The question became how to offer opportunities and rewards to encourage members to do so.

Harvard Pilgrim: User Flow
Health care is an intricate business, and balancing a client's experience with her privacy is no small task. I organized and facilitated many cross-department interviews and then client meetings to help walk them through the process of developing an understanding of challenges and opportunities. I developed many visual tools, such as user flows, personas, and site maps to help them understand and solidify their decisions.

Harvard Pilgrim: Graphical Wire Frames
To help the many client partners understand the changes we were going to make, I designed graphically-rich wire frames. Many of the key members of the client team were nervous when reviewing technical documentation, so my wire frames helped them understand highly technical changes in a simple to understand way. Ultimately we developed a limited set of programs and awards to address the largest health-risk demographics of the member base.
