Below are some selected highlights of work I have done over the years along with descriptions of the roles I played in the development of these projects. There are plenty more examples of my work that I’d be happy to show you if you want to sit down and talk about some potential upcoming projects.

Digitas: BrandLive

Digitas: BrandLive
The challenge: to keep track of all mentions of a brand, whether planned or organic, in order to respond in real-time to trends. The BrandLive Calendar was designed to enhance the ability of the brand to respond quickly to any media opportunities. I did all the stakeholder and user research, and UX design for this web app.

BrandLive: Main Calendar Wire
The BrandLive Calendar provides the user a snapshot of ALL media references for a brand -- television, radio, YouTube, microsites, you name it. A simple but flexible solution was needed. I started by interviewing dozens of stakeholders across all identified user types (personas) to help the agile development team identify which of the hundreds of potential data types and functions should be prioritized for our first iteration of the product.

BrandLive: Landing Page Design
The art director was able to follow my UX design to craft a rich, intuitive user interface. Items are collapsible, making it easy to zoom in and out of what had previously been an overwhelming amount of information.

BrandLive: Event Wire
Each "event," or brand mention/interaction, consisted of almost limitless formats: television spots, Reddit events, YouTube videos, experiential events, and more. My design had to make it easy for a brand manager to provide detail for each event without being overwhelmed.

BrandLive: Event Design
The final visual design used accordion structures and dynamic drop down menus to modify form fields in real-time. This allowed for a simpler user interface, and a tool that would provide value to varied user types: brand managers, media planners, media buyers, social media content creators, etc.
